A piece from the past

I created this sculpture relief out of a MYPSST t-shirt, a burnt out incandescent light bulb and oil paint with an acrylic paint base on canvas. It won in a 2008 group show with MYPSST.com t-shirt companyhttp://www.mypsst.com/ProductList.cfm?CatDisplay=10 .

The Olympic Arts Competition 2012 is re-introducing 5 categories - Architecture, Literature, Music, Painting, and Sculpture - which formed part of the modern Olympic Games during its early years, from 1912 to 1952.

Celebrate Las Vegas like a Rock Star!

I just picked up this B.C. Rich Warlock Guitar Yesterday, donated by Matthew Janes, to be turned into a Color Pencil Painting piece for the Celebrate Las Vegas Festival and Auction for Autism Awareness!

Plans are to mutilate it and artistically piece it back together into a non-functional piece of visual art! I thought about keeping it functional but decided I'm going to have more fun destroying it before making it beautiful.
